About Me

Growing up, I was always sketching, drawing, and sharpening my art skills. I truly believed one day that I was going to turn that into my profession. Fast forward to high school, and I got super into cars, and began becoming more technical, while also maintaining that "artsy" side. I was really into "modifying" cars by photoshopping them with different wheels, paint colors, etc. and dreamed of having a Wacom board to actually draw and design my own cars digitally. Back then those things were thousands of dollars, so it never really panned out and I stuck with scanning my own drawings and then photoshopping colors onto them. As I figured myself out, I eventually migrated to study in college where I decided to get an engineering degree with the thought that I'd apply my creative side after the fact.

Lo and behold, as I moved further and further into the technical realm, working soul-sucking consulting jobs and other fun endeavors, I became more and more out of touch with my childhood creative gene.

As I have now embarked into my 30s, I've decided I want to get back in touch with that childhood creative gene, so I started spending more time with my art, mostly keeping it in sketchbooks, making custom greeting cards for friends and family, stuff like that. Since I find the exercise so cathartic, I began to think about the world of NFTs and digital art and thinking back to that longing for a Wacom board. Well, I got an iPad pro (which is basically what the top-end Wacom board was back in like 2006) and began designing my own digital art again. My Photoshop skills have waned, so that's been a learning curve getting back into it. The big thing I like to play with right now is turning my art into gif images that change colors. That will probably change as I dive deeper and deeper into this world of NFTs, but for now that's where my focus is.

Since this is mostly a cathartic exercise for me right now, I'll be releasing NFTs whenever I find time to actually make them and release them to the world. My goal isn't really money or anything (but why not try and sell them for some extra cash right!?). This is really just an exercise to ease my mind and relieve stress. I hope that some of my NFTs can do the same when people look at them. Or just keep them in a folder on your computer, whatever works.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy!
